«Bystraya Pochta»

Bystraya Pochtais an express money transfer system allowing its customers to send money within Russia and to near-abroad countries.

The system allows sending money to more than 6,500 cities within Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.

Terms and Tariffs

• In «Bystraya Pochta» system transfers are made between individuals.
• Transfer time: 5 – 10 minutes.
• Transfer currency:
  - transfers within the Russian Federations are accepted and paid out in Russian rubles;
  - international transfers are made in Russian rubles US dollars or euro, and are paid out in Russian rubles, US dollars or euro.
  
  
• Transfer amount: maximum amount allowed for transfer by a Russian citizen from Russia to other countries – 5,000 US dollars (or its equivalent in another currency) per day. In other cases the maximum transfer amount is 500,000 rubles /15,000 US dollars, euro.
• Tariffs(commission is only charged from the sender):
  - within the Russian Federation– 1.4 % of the transfer amount, minimum 150 rubles, maximum 2,000 rubles
  - to near-abroad countries:

- in Russian rubles - 1.4 % of the transfer amount, minimum 150 rubles, maximum 2,000 rubles;
- in US dollars/euro - 1.4 % of the transfer amount, minimum 5 US dollars/euro, maximum 90 US dollars/euro

Required documents

In Russia to make or to receive a money transfer you will be required to provide a passport or another identification document permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Foreign citizens will be additionally required to provide their migration card and the document confirming the right of the foreign citizen or stateless person to stay (reside) in the Russian Federation.

Documents issued in foreign language must be provided together with a notarized translation into Russian.
